The nine-hole course features a par 35 layout with a course rating of 35.6 and a slope rating of 120, playing to a maximum distance of 3,235 yards. Originally opened in the 1970s as the Meadows Golf Course with 18 holes, the facility was redesigned in 1982 after a portion of the property was developed into 344 townhomes by Hovnanian. Designer Steve Lee oversaw the nine-hole redesign, incorporating some original holes while modifying others due to residential construction.
