Datchet Golf Club is one of the oldest golf courses in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and Oxfordshire. The nine-hole course features fifteen tees, with three holes repeated on the back nine, creating a full eighteen-hole round. At 6,087 yards, it presents a respectable challenge that commands respect from players of all levels, including touring professionals.

The course is a relatively flat parkland layout situated along the River Thames, with views of Windsor Castle. Its accessible design makes it easy walking for golfers of all ages and handicaps. The setting provides an enjoyable golfing experience in a scenic riverside location.

The club features excellent practice facilities managed by PGA Head Professional Paul Cook, who provides tuition through the Golf Academy. The clubhouse was rebuilt in 1998 following a fire and now includes modern bar and catering facilities, available for private hire and events. The club maintains an active competition schedule with monthly winter events and regular summer competitions, complemented by a diverse social calendar including quiz nights, skittles evenings, and dinner dances.
