The course is divided into three distinct nine-hole layouts: the Yagyu Course, the Koga Course, and the Iga Course. Each nine-hole loop plays to a par of 36, with yardages varying by tee position. The back tee totals range from 3,211 yards on the Koga Course to 3,599 yards on the Yagyu Course, while the front tees offer shorter options ranging from 3,025 to 3,177 yards.

Kobayashi, known as the "water magician," integrated water hazards and bunkers into the rolling terrain with strategic precision. The Yagyu Course is described as a signature layout featuring a large forest setting with sophisticated water hazards that challenge players to manage risk and reward. The Koga Course emphasizes course management, where careful decision-making around bunkers and hazards determines scoring opportunities. The Iga Course completes the trio, offering a distinct character within the same hilly landscape.

The facility sits in a hilly environment characterized by natural beauty and seasonal changes. The terrain provides varied elevation changes and sightlines across all three courses. Strategic placement of water and sand traps requires players to think carefully about club selection and shot placement, particularly on the longer par 5s which feature yardages exceeding 500 yards from the back tees. The club hosts regular internal competitions throughout the year, including monthly cups, scratch cups, doubles championships, and senior and ladies' championships. These events form a significant part of the club's competitive calendar, providing opportunities for members to test their skills against one another in various formats.
