Cypress Creek Golf Course is an 18-hole championship course designed by renowned architect Jerry Pate, located at 3700 St. Andrews Lane North in Mobile, Alabama. Built on the former Linksman Golf Course property, this tournament-quality course is designed to accommodate golfers of all skill levels. The course features water hazards on 14 of its 18 holes and is nestled among tributaries leading to Dog River, creating an attractive and challenging layout.
The facility serves as a home course for local middle and high school golf teams, reflecting its community-focused design. Beyond the golf course itself, the broader Cypress Creek Golf Course park project includes a practice area for student golfers, a driving range, tennis and pickleball courts, green spaces, and a waterfront picnic area with a boardwalk. The course construction was completed in 2025, with the driving range, practice area, and supporting facilities opening earlier that year. The park project was spearheaded by Mobile County District 3 Commissioner Randall Dueitt and engineered by Watermark Design Group, with golf course construction managed by Mid-America Golf & Landscape.
