Crystal Lake Golf Course is perched above the village of Beulah and overlooks the famous Crystal Lake, located in Northern Michigan hardwoods. The 18-hole course features 6,400 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72 with a course rating of 71.1 and slope rating of 123. The front nine was designed by legendary Michigan golf course architect Bruce Matthews and opened for play in 1970, while the back nine was originally designed by Jerry Matthews, son of Bruce, and opened for play in 1987.

The front nine is a relaxed and open course with wide fairways and rolling terrain, great for all skill levels, while the back nine gives advanced golfers an extra challenge with plenty of water hazards and strategically placed bunkers. The first nine winds its way through a rolling meadow dotted with native cherry and apple trees. The iconic 18th hole is a 400 yard, dog-leg right with an undulating green perched just below the clubhouse. Several holes offer views of the lake and the course is always in great shape with challenging greens.
