Coyote Creek Golf Club is a private 18-hole golf course located in Fort Wayne, Indiana, conveniently positioned between Interstate 69 and US 30. The club sits on the historic site of the former Elks Lodge 155, which hosted significant golf heritage dating back to 1951-1956 when it served as the home of the PGA TOUR Fort Wayne Open, a 72-hole tournament that attracted twenty-two PGA major championship winners including Ben Hogan and Sam Snead.

The facility features extensive practice amenities, including a driving range, chipping and pitching green with a large practice bunker, two additional practice greens, and one of the largest putting greens in Northeast Indiana. The club also maintains a well-stocked golf shop and employs a PGA golf staff equipped with modern technology for instruction and course management. The club is celebrating its centennial milestone in 2029, underscoring its long-standing presence in the regional golfing community.
