Country Club Castelgandolfo

Country Club Castelgandolfo is an 18-hole golf course designed by renowned architect Robert Trent Jones Sr., located in Castel Gandolfo, Rome, Italy. The course is built on the rim of a volcanic crater, creating a naturally dramatic setting enhanced by the designer's vision into a technically challenging layout.

The course features 93 bunkers and 3 lakes strategically positioned throughout the terrain, along with various artificial hazards that test players of all levels. The club is housed within a 17th-century villa originally commissioned by Cardinal Flavio Chigi, nephew of Pope Alexander VII, adding historical significance to the property.
