Couchiching Golf & Country Club

Couchiching Golf & Country Club is a historic semi-private parkland-style course located in Orillia, Ontario, approximately 25 minutes north of Barrie. Originally opened on June 3, 1915, it features a Stanley Thompson-designed 9-hole layout that can be played as either 9 or 18 holes. The course is situated in the heart of Orillia and is described as a "hidden jewel" within the community.

The club combines the golf course with a clubhouse and pro-shop facilities, enhanced by Bogey's Restaurant, which offers licensed dining with spectacular views from two balconies overlooking the grounds. The parkland setting provides an accessible yet challenging golfing experience characteristic of Thompson's design philosophy. The course has maintained its membership-based structure while welcoming public play, celebrating over 110 years of continuous operation. The venue also serves as a host location for tournaments and private events through its restaurant facilities.
