Copper Hills Golf Club is a premier 27-hole public golf course located on 367 acres near Oxford, Michigan, approximately 30 miles from Flint and 40 miles from Detroit. The course was designed by Curtis Wright, with construction beginning in 1995. The layout comprises three nine-hole courses: the Hill course (opened 1997), the Marsh course (opened 1997), and the Jungle course (opened 1999).
The course features rolling hills, natural marshes, and dense woodland, creating a challenging and immersive golfing experience. The terrain includes significant elevation changes and numerous forced carries throughout the layout. Copper Hills is ranked by Golf Digest as one of the best public golf courses in Michigan, known for its exceptional scenic views and well-maintained conditions.
