Club de Golf de Panamá is Panama's oldest and most historic golf club, founded in December 1918 at Las Sabanas by Admiral Marbury "Daddy" Johnston and 15 other founding members. The club has relocated twice throughout its 105-year history: from Las Sabanas (1918-1931) to Belisario Porras (1932-1977), and finally to its current location at Cerro Viento (1977-present).

The course is located in Panama City and serves as the home of Panamanian golf, hosting major tournaments including the Panama Championship and the Abierto de Panamá. The club has produced numerous top-ranked golfers and maintains high standards as indicated by its ranking in the World Amateur Golf Ranking top 1,000.

Beyond golf, Club de Golf de Panamá offers comprehensive facilities including tennis courts, a swimming pool, dining options, and event spaces. The club plays a central role in Panamanian golf culture and competitive amateur golf development in the region.
