Club Campestre San José

Club Campestre San José is a Nicklaus Design course located in the rolling foothills of the Sierra de la Laguna Mountains, just 15 minutes from Los Cabos International Airport and five minutes from downtown San Jose del Cabo. The 18-hole layout measures 6,966 yards at par 71, with five tee options ranging from 4,917 to 6,996 yards.

The course features paspalum grass throughout, making it the first course to use this saltwater-resistant variety, ensuring year-round maintenance excellence in desert conditions. Notable characteristics include undulating, multi-tiered greens among the most contoured in Los Cabos, expansive fairways chiseled into sloping desert terrain, large flashed-face bunkers, and sinuous arroyos. The signature par-5 7th hole presents a risk-reward double-dogleg to a well-bunkered peninsula green. The back nine ascends to higher ground along a rolling desert plateau, with the par-3 11th stretching 216 yards to a large green with false fronts.

The course has received recognition from Golfweek as one of the "Best Courses of Caribbean & Mexico," with Golf Digest praising its challenging putting surfaces. The facility welcomes public play subject to availability and offers comprehensive amenities including instruction, practice facilities, and club rentals.
