Chesapeake Bay Golf Club in Rising Sun, Maryland is an 18-hole championship course featuring a classic links-style design with open fairways, manicured tees and greens, and a country club atmosphere. The front nine opens dramatically with "Rising Sun," a challenging par 4 featuring two ponds and bunkers guarding the elevated green. Notable holes include the signature par 4 "Winged Preserve" with out of bounds left and water right, and "Cape Courage," a difficult par 3 surrounded by bunkers and water. The back nine presents additional challenges, particularly "Victory Valley," the course's longest hole with out of bounds right, and "Terrapin's Turf," a dogleg right with a severely sloped green considered the toughest on the course to putt.
