The Kopf Family Golf Course at Cherry Ridge is a 9-hole regulation length course located in Elyria, Ohio, featuring 5,626 yards with a par of 35 from the longest tees. The course has a rating of 65.6 and a slope rating of 113. Originally established in 1931 as Cherry Ridge Country Club, the course was donated to the Lorain County Metro Parks by the Kopf Family in 2020 and renamed in recognition of this contribution. The course is now operated and maintained by the Lorain County Metro Parks.
Situated along the Black River in Lorain County, the course offers well-maintained fairways and lush greens suitable for golfers of all skill levels. The layout is designed for a moderately challenging round while remaining accessible to recreational players. The facility includes practice amenities with a driving range and putting green, as well as a clubhouse with a pro shop and snack bar. The scenic setting provides golfers with pleasant views of the surrounding woodlands and river landscape throughout their round.
