Champions Club ☆ Follow

The Champions Club at Summerfield is a par-72, 18-hole course designed by Tom Fazio, built in 1993, measuring nearly 6,900 yards from the back tees. The course winds through a subdivision with homes set back to preserve the natural beauty of wetlands and Atlantic Ridge Preserve State Park that borders the course. Four sets of tees accommodate all skill levels from 4,977 yards, with 54 bunkers positioned in fairways and around greens that are typically quite deep. The par-3 holes are particularly strong, with many tee shots playing over marshland.

From the gold tees the course measures approximately 6,890 yards with a course rating of 72.8 and slope of 135, featuring Bermuda grass fairways and greens for a firm, fast playing surface in South Florida conditions. The course has received commendation from the Audubon Society. While the back tees include some forced carries, forward tees are set to avoid such trouble. The course is open year-round to both the public and members.
