Cedar Hills Golf Course is a nine-hole course located 3.5 miles south of Washington, Kansas on K-15. The layout features a par 27 design with two par five holes, four par four holes, and three par three holes. From the back tees, the course plays to 3,200 yards, with men's front tees at 2,736 yards and women's front tees at 2,413 yards.

The course sits on gently rolling terrain typical of central Kansas. Notable features include hole number seven, a par three that crosses a pond, providing a signature challenge. The greens were converted to bent grass in 1978, while fairways and tee boxes feature bluegrass. A modern irrigation system installed in 1998 provides automatic watering to tee boxes, fairways, and greens, ensuring consistent playing conditions throughout the season.

The course offers a moderate difficulty level suitable for golfers of various skill levels. The clubhouse provides food and beverages and is available for private events. Cedar Hills serves as a community recreational facility managed by the City of Washington, offering GHIN handicap memberships and regular membership opportunities.
