Cedar Creek Golf Course, originally designed by Finger Dye Spann, Inc. and opened in 1989, was renovated and reopened in late 2024. Located north of Loop 1604 off Kyle Seale Parkway on San Antonio's northwest side, the course offers a Hill Country golf experience with rolling hills and stunning vistas.

The layout features dramatic elevation changes and strategic doglegs, accommodating all skill levels with four tee boxes ranging from 5,500 to 7,100 yards. The course challenges golfers with firm and fast greens, each featuring at least two tiers that demand precision in club selection and approach shots. Narrow fairways and elevation changes require strategic thinking throughout the round.

Cedar Creek is notable for hosting the annual San Antonio Open and formerly served as a site for local U.S. Open qualifiers. The course has received recognition from Golf Advisor as offering resort-quality golf despite its municipal status. With ratings ranging from 66.7 to 81.4 and slopes from 112 to 145 depending on tee selection, Cedar Creek provides a meaningful challenge for golfers of varying abilities while delivering the natural beauty of the Hill Country landscape.
