Namchon CC is an 18-hole golf course located in Gonjiam-eup, Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. The course was designed through a collaborative effort featuring renowned international architect Kyle Phillips alongside Korean co-designers Kim Myung-gil and Song Ho, each bringing distinctive philosophies to the layout.

The design philosophy emphasizes harmony with natural landscape, drawing inspiration from traditional Korean garden aesthetics. The course features 71 bunkers distributed across approximately 130,000 square meters of fairway and 80,000 square meters of rough. Greens total 15,000 square meters, while tees span 9,000 square meters. The course utilizes Kentucky Bluegrass for tees, Zoysiagrass for fairways and rough, and Creeping Bentgrass for greens.

The designers focused on creating a strategic yet natural layout that reflects the existing terrain rather than imposing artificial design elements. Kyle Phillips, recognized as one of the world's premier golf designers, led a course renewal that aimed to enhance the layout's drama and challenge. The course is characterized by its integration with the natural landscape and attention to maintaining tension throughout the round, reflecting both Western golf design principles and Korean aesthetic traditions.
