The facility is divided into three distinct nine-hole loops: the West Course, the Middle Course, and the East Course. Each nine-hole loop is designed to function as a complete 18-hole equivalent, with yardages ranging from 3,452 yards for the Middle Course to 3,557 yards for the East Course. The design philosophy emphasizes a total length of approximately 7,000 yards for a full round, with fairway widths averaging around 60 meters.
