The Caxangá Golf & Country Club course is an 18-hole, 6,280-yard layout located in Recife, Pernambuco. It is the first official golf course in the Northeast region of Brazil and holds official status under the rules of the R&A. The course was initially established with nine holes, with the remaining nine added in 1950 to complete the full 18-hole configuration. The facility is situated within a 35-hectare area dedicated to the golf course, which is part of a larger 64-hectare property that includes a driving range. The setting is characterized by its natural beauty and extensive greenery, with the club noting that 25,000 trees have been planted across the grounds.
