Carus Green Golf Club

Carus Green Golf Club is an 18-hole parkland course located in Kendal, Cumbria, in the Lake District region of Northern England. The course features stunning views toward the Lakeland fells and is regarded as one of the best courses in Northern England. The layout includes recently remodelled PGA greens that present a challenging test for golfers of varying abilities.

The course is set within a contemporary clubhouse complex that includes a spacious restaurant and bar. Beyond the main course, the facility offers an 18-bay heated and floodlit driving range with automated power tees, free club hire, and various targets and bunkers. The PGA Academy features two bespoke Flightscope fitting rooms, an indoor putting lab, chipping green, and outdoor all-weather short game practice areas.

The terrain takes advantage of the natural Lakeland landscape, offering panoramic views throughout the round. The course accommodates various player levels and hosts multiple competitions including Ladies, Gents, Senior, and Junior sections, plus opens competitions. The club also hosts Pro-Am events and provides professional golf instruction through its academy and specialist club fitting services using state-of-the-art technology.
