Caddington Golf Club features a 27-hole layout with an 18-hole championship course (par 71, 6011 yards) and a 9-hole academy course (par 28, 1424 yards). The course was designed by renowned architect Jonathan Gaunt in 2017. Located in the Chiltern Hills and designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty, the course nestles on either side of a shallow valley in South Bedfordshire.
The main course features a balance of six flat terrain holes and twelve undulating challenges. The course provides a challenge for golfers of all abilities, with testing greens requiring accurate approach play and good driving on many holes, complemented by well-stocked ponds. The course incorporates natural wind and water hazards on seven occasions, making each round unique, with the elevation at one of Bedfordshire's highest points.
The original 9-hole course, formerly known as Griffin Golf Club and owned by Vauxhall Motors for its employees, was extended to 18 holes in the early 1990s and purchased by McGee Construction Group in 2008. The 27-hole layout was created through re-routing of the existing 18-hole course.
