Buckhannon Country Club Golf Course is a private nine-hole course located one mile south of Buckhannon in the rolling foothills of Upshur County, West Virginia, along the Buckhannon River. Founded in 1921, it remains the county's only private country club.

The course is designed to be playable for all handicap levels while presenting significant challenges for skilled golfers. The layout incorporates natural surroundings and emphasizes fair yet demanding play across its nine holes. Recent improvements over the past five years include lush fairways, meticulously manicured greens and tees, and a state-of-the-art irrigation system maintained by an accomplished grounds and greens staff.

The club hosts an active tournament schedule including Men's and Ladies Golf Leagues, Member/Guest, Member/Member, and Club Championship events. Additional offerings include Mixed Scrambles, Night Golf, Mountain Men and Women scrambles, the Sadie Hawkins Tournament, Shootout Tournament, and Pro-Am competitions. The BCC Cup, held annually in September, is the club's signature event.

The facility also features an on-site restaurant providing dining and banquet services in a casual, elegant atmosphere, making it suitable for corporate outings, group golf functions, and charitable fundraisers.
