Bob O'Connor Golf Course

Bob O'Connor Golf Course is located at Schenley Park in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and has been integral to western Pennsylvania golf since 1897. The current layout, "The Bob 9," is a 2,400-yard, Par 34 course created from a reconfiguration of the original 18-hole routing, suitable for both beginners and experienced golfers. The course is walking-only with pull carts and motorized Club Car Tempo Walks available for rental.

The facility features stellar views of downtown Pittsburgh's skyline and the nearby Oakland university-medical district. As an affordable, year-round public course operated by First Tee – Pittsburgh, it offers accessible golf for all skill levels and ages. Beyond the main course, the facility includes The Palmer Loop, a three-hole practice area with two Par 4s and one Par 3, each with multiple tee options. The Arnold Palmer Learning Center, opened in April 2021, provides state-of-the-art indoor training with two Trackman simulators offering virtual play on over 150 courses worldwide, including Pebble Beach and St. Andrews. Tee time reservations can be made up to seven days in advance, with walk-ins welcome daily except major holidays.
