Beverly Golf & Country Club is an 18-hole championship course located in Copetown, Ontario, west of Hamilton. Originally designed by renowned Canadian architect Clinton E. "Robbie" Robinson and constructed between 1957-1960, the course plays to a par 70 with yardages ranging from 6,524 yards (127/71.4) to 5,147 yards (119/69.2) across four sets of tees. The layout features classic Robinson design principles, with naturally rolling terrain, water features including a creek and small lake, and mature tree plantings creating a challenging parkland setting.

Robinson's design philosophy emphasized playability and maintenance, with large contoured greens offering flexible pin placements and strategically positioned bunkers that leave green entrances open. The signature par-3 12th hole spans 180 yards and exemplifies Robinson's design, featuring a steeply contoured green flanked by a front-right bunker and small pond.

The course underwent modernization in 1999-2000 by Doug Carrick, a Robinson apprentice, while maintaining its challenging character. Beverly has hosted numerous provincial and national tournaments, including CPGA championships and Ontario Golf Association events. The club operates a full-service pro shop, practice facilities, and PGA instruction programs.
