The course offers a Par 71 layout with 5 sets of tees ranging from 5,175 to 7,017 yards. The course features a traditional design with narrow, tree-lined fairways and gently rolling terrain with subtle elevation changes that create uneven lies, with undulating greens that require accurate shot placement and are protected by strategically placed bunkers.

The facility has hosted a Nike Tour qualifying event. Bethlehem Golf Club operates both a championship course and a nine-hole executive course, with the championship Monocacy Course designed as a demanding layout requiring use of every club.
