Berhampore Golf Course

Berhampore Golf Course is an 18-hole public golf course located at 80 Stanley Street in Berhampore, Wellington, approximately 4 kilometres from the city centre. The course is situated next to Wakefield Park and uniquely extends across both sides of Adelaide Road. The front 12 holes are positioned on the western side, while holes 13 to 17 cross to the eastern side near the skate park and Jim Belich Playground, before the 18th hole returns to the western side.

The course offers scenic views of Wellington city and the south coast marine reserve. It operates daily from dawn until dusk and is open to the public without requiring advance booking. Green fees are affordable, with adult rounds priced at $25 for either 9 or 18 holes, and discounted rates available for juniors and Leisure Card holders.

Mornington Golf Club is based at the facility, offering trundle and club hire services along with membership options. The course features a clubhouse with payment facilities via EFTPOS or credit card, and a greenkeeper's shed accessible from the northern entry via Adelaide Road.
