Bentwater Golf Club

Bentwater Golf Club is a private parkland-style golf course located in Acworth, Georgia, near Marietta and Kennesaw in Northwest Atlanta. Designed by Mike Dasher and opened in 2000, the course stretches nearly 7,000 yards from the back tees and is voted #1 in Acworth. The layout features striking views of Red Top Mountain and incorporates numerous water hazards including ponds, creeks, and wetlands that characterize the playing experience throughout the round. The course presents a moderate to challenging difficulty level typical of parkland designs with water and natural features playing significant strategic roles. Recent facility improvements have enhanced the member experience, including renovated bunkers using a state-of-the-art Capillary Bunker system, upgraded practice facilities, and improved cart paths. The club also features dining venues including Bar 72 and The Grille, along with a full calendar of member events and the ability to host private functions such as weddings and corporate gatherings.
