Bentra Golf Course is a 9-hole parkland course located in Whitehead, County Antrim, Northern Ireland. Designed by the renowned James Braid in 1935, the course plays as 18 holes with a combined par of 72 and a total length of 6,084 yards. The course features wide fairways with some longer holes, making it suitable for both experienced golfers and novices. It offers an attractive and affordable day's golf experience.
The course is set within a mature parkland landscape. Members have access seven days a week, while visitors are welcome Thursday to Sunday (April-September) and Saturday-Sunday (October-March), with tee times available from 9am to 4pm. The club provides equipment hire services and offers junior membership for under-18s at £75 annually, with junior access available any day of the week. An online booking system is available for both members and visitors, which also provides alerts for weather-related closures.
