Beaver Dam Country Club

Beaver Dam Country Club is an 18-hole golf course located in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, situated northeast of Madison near Horicon Marsh, the largest freshwater refuge in the U.S. The course sits on rolling hills adjacent to Beaver Dam Lake. Originally opened as a nine-hole layout in the 1960s, it was later expanded to 18 holes.

The course features a traditional design spanning just over 6,000 yards, where strategic positioning is more critical than distance. It is characterized by small, elevated greens with a distinctive turtle-back design, tree-lined fairways, and strategically placed bunkers surrounding the greens. The rolling terrain creates challenging lies and requires precise shot-making. The course is open to the public and is known as a hidden gem in Central Wisconsin, offering manicured conditions and scenic views of Beaver Dam Lake throughout the layout.
