Bauerngolf

Bauerngolf is a recreational variation of traditional golf located on the Eifelfarm in Kall-Keldenich, Germany. The course features a 10-hole layout spanning approximately 1,500 meters with individual hole lengths ranging from 100 to 300 meters and 40 meters of elevation change. Players use a wooden shoe attached to a broomstick as a club to strike a leather ball (approximately handball-sized) from hole to hole, aiming to complete the course in the fewest strokes possible. The game is designed for teams of 1-5 players competing against each other, and no prior golfing experience is required, making it accessible to families and groups. The pastoral setting incorporates the working farm environment, with cattle occasionally grazing on the course. A typical round takes 1.5 to 2 hours to complete. The facility includes a clubroom with a terrace offering coffee, homemade cake, waffles, and light refreshments. Bauerngolf serves as an activity venue for family celebrations, birthday parties, corporate outings, school groups, and clubs.
