The course was designed by Mitsuaki Kobayashi, a designer known as "Mizu no Kobayashi" (Water Kobayashi) for his distinctive style. The course presents a variety of strategic challenges, including wide fairways that still demand careful club selection, holes where water guards the approach to the green, and par-3s where pin placement significantly alters the difficulty. The terrain features both uphill and downhill shots, adding to the strategic complexity. The par-72 layout includes a back nine that features a 610-yard par-5, providing a significant long-hole test. The course is set to host the 2028 Japan Open Golf Championship, with the club having announced restrictions on play in preparation for the tournament. The course offers multiple tee boxes to accommodate different skill levels, with yardages ranging from approximately 2,480 yards from the forward tees to over 3,300 yards from the back tees on the front nine.
