Avondale Golf Course

Avondale Golf Course is a Jeff Fuller-designed course located approximately 20 minutes from Charlottetown, featuring one of the best designs in the Maritimes. The course offers four sets of tees to accommodate golfers of all skill levels. Black tees play at 6,768 yards for golfers with 0-5 handicaps, blue tees at 6,413 yards for 6-14 handicaps, white tees at 5,892 yards for 15-25 handicaps, and red tees at 5,187 yards for golfers with 26+ handicaps.

The course is characterized by bent grass greens and tees, dwarf blue grass fairways, and strategically placed white sand bunkers throughout. This design provides a fair test for both beginner and experienced golfers. The facility includes a double-ended practice area with dedicated putting, chipping, and pitching greens, along with practice bunkers to prepare players for their round. The course hosts several regular tournaments and events, including the Avondale Open, Ladies Night, Men's Night, and Club Championships.
