Avondale Golf Club is an 18-hole golf course located in Christchurch, New Zealand, with over 100 years of history. Originally developed from sandhills in the east of Christchurch, the course has evolved into a mature, playable yet challenging layout. The club features a newly constructed clubhouse equipped with virtual golf simulators, distinguishing it as a modern facility within the region. Known as Christchurch's "most social golf club," Avondale maintains its founding philosophy of inclusivity established by founder George Scales over a century ago.
