The longest hole on the property is the 4th, which measures 202 yards on the back tees. The course utilizes bent grass for the greens and zoysia grass for the fairways, designed to accommodate a wide range of skill levels from beginners to advanced players. The layout is characterized by significant undulation and challenging terrain, with the front nine covering 925 to 1,060 yards and the back nine spanning 891 to 1,073 yards. The course design emphasizes strategic decision-making, particularly on the 4th hole where players are advised against trying to reach the green in one shot, favoring an approach game instead.
