Arbutus Ridge Golf Club is an 18-hole championship course designed by Bill Robinson and built in 1987, located in Cobble Hill. The course plays to a par 70/72 with a length of 6,152 yards, featuring a rating of 70.9 and slope of 123, making it accessible to golfers of varying abilities while still presenting a moderate challenge.
Set in a picturesque coastal location approximately 40 minutes from Victoria, the course is notable for its stunning ocean views overlooking Satellite Channel and Mount Baker. The terrain features memorable undulating landscape characteristic of the Vancouver Island setting. The clubhouse, positioned to overlook the 18th fairway, provides elegant facilities for dining and events.
Arbutus Ridge has hosted significant tournaments including the BC Junior Boys Championship (2016), CN Future Links Championship (2011), and the British Columbia Provincial Women's Amateur/Mid Amateur Championship (2010). The club has earned recognition as one of Canada's top courses, including a #2 ranking in Reader's Digest's Top 13 Golf Courses in Canada (2012) and a 4-star rating from Golf Digest (2009).
