Apiti Golf Course

Apiti Golf Club is a 9-hole course located north of Apiti Village in the Oroua Valley, approximately 40 minutes from Feilding, with the Ruahine Ranges providing a dramatic backdrop. Set on a working farm, the course presents unique challenges distinct from traditional sand bunker layouts, making it accessible to golfers of all skill levels. The terrain and farm setting create characteristic hazards and playing conditions specific to the pastoral landscape. Club days are held every Sunday with noon tee-off times. The course closes for approximately three weeks in September during lambing season and for the December through February period. Apiti Golf Club is recognized as one of New Zealand's most affordable club memberships and maintains affiliations with the Manawatu/Wanganui Golf Association and the New Zealand Golf Association. The clubhouse facilities are also available for private function hire.
