Ampfield Golf & Country Club

Ampfield Golf Club, located near Romsey in Hampshire between Winchester and Southampton, is a privately owned 18-hole par 3 course founded in the early 1960s. It was the original 18-hole par 3 course in the country and was designed by Sir Henry Cotton, a three-time major championship winner and legendary golfer of his era.

As a short course, Ampfield typically takes approximately two hours to complete, making it accessible to golfers of all abilities. The course is described as one of the most beautiful and enjoyable short courses in the country, set within idyllic surroundings that feature stunning terraces overlooking the golf course.
