Alpine Golf Club

Alpine Golf Course is an 18-hole public golf course located north of downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan, on Alpine Avenue. Established in 1967, the course offers an accessible and affordable golfing experience in a welcoming environment. The facility features two practice greens for short game work, though it does not have a driving range.

The course is designed with modern convenience in mind, featuring streamlined check-in processes and amenities such as low-emission golf carts equipped with USB chargers. Alpine emphasizes innovation in enhancing the golfing experience while maintaining a casual, inclusive atmosphere—collared shirts and formal dress codes are not required.

The clubhouse provides on-site food and beverage options, including hot dogs, loaded brats, and a full bar with a wide selection of drinks available both at the clubhouse and for takeout on the course. A restaurant called Par & Plate is planned for 2025. The course operates seven days a week with open tee times available and offers various leagues, outings, and tournaments, including a noted "Couple's Scramble" event. Equipment rentals are available at nominal rates.
