Alexandra Golf Club ☆ Follow

The Alexandra Golf Club is situated in the Wine and High Country region of Victoria and features beautiful old red gums with gently undulating grassed fairways and grass greens. The course contains no sand bunkers but incorporates water hazards on several holes to add challenge. The course is uniquely laid out on a public reserve encompassing the Alexandra Racing Club racetrack, with the front nine holes generally positioned around the outside of the racetrack and the back nine mostly inside it, with some fairways crossing over.

The club offers an 18-hole golfing experience and is open to visitors. Players receive a free replay if their ball strikes a rail, a distinctive feature of this course. The terrain presents both charm and playability for golfers of varying skill levels, with the intertwined racetrack creating unique strategic elements throughout the layout.
