Albertville Golf and Country Club, now operating as Big Spring Lake Golf Club, is an 18-hole parkland course located in Albertville, Alabama on Sand Mountain. The course was originally designed by Leon Howard and opened in 1966. It plays to a par 72 with four sets of tees ranging from 5,022 to 6,108 yards, offering options for golfers of all skill levels.

The layout features tree-lined fairways with a variety of topography and eight holes incorporating water hazards. The finishing holes 16, 17, and 18, known locally as "The Loop," present notable challenges that can significantly impact a player's score.
