Akasia Golf Course

Akasia Golf Club is an 18-hole course located 14km north of Pretoria's city centre at the foot of the Magaliesberg mountains in South Africa. The course features a unique bushveld setting with acacia thorn trees, a river winding through its length, and abundant birdlife. The layout incorporates kikuyu fairways maintained year-round with excellent greens noted for their quality and pace.

The course is designed to challenge golfers of all levels with its distinctive layout and natural hazards. Key characteristics include the river feature and scattered acacia trees that define the playing experience and create memorable holes. The terrain reflects the mountainous landscape setting.

Akasia offers comprehensive facilities including golf carts, caddies, a golf shop, driving range, and practice putting green with qualified coaches. The club maintains an active membership program and participates in leagues and tournaments through the Gauteng North Golf Union. The club has developed a strong junior programme and hosts corporate and fundraising events.
