The course layout extends across approximately 100 hectares in the Cervia Milano Marittima area in Romagna, Italy. The terrain features distinctive landscape characteristics, running alongside an ancient pine forest and affording views of the Adriatic Sea.

The club facilities include a clubhouse with a terrace overlooking the course, connected to an on-site restaurant serving regional Romagnan cuisine. The course hosts various tournaments and competitions throughout the year, including the Italian Senior +60 Championship and international pairs events.
