Adirondack Golf & Country Club is an 18-hole championship course located in Peru, New York, situated in Clinton County between exits 35 and 36 of Interstate 87. The property opened in 1990 and was designed by architects Geoffrey Cornish, Brian Silva, and Mark Mungeam of Uxbridge, Massachusetts. The design was nominated for best course design by the American Society of Golf Course Architects. The course setting is characterized by tree-lined fairways and wildlife, resembling the style of a Carolina course.

The layout plays to a par 72 and offers varying lengths depending on the tee selection. From the red tees, the course measures 5,069 yards with a rating of 71.0 and a slope of 116. The white tees extend the length to 6,359 yards, featuring a rating of 69.6 and a slope of 117. The championship blue tees bring the total yardage to 6,894, with a course rating of 71.9 and a slope of 123. This range allows the course to challenge golfers from the novice to the professional level.

Adirondack has been repeatedly listed in Golf Digest's "Best Places to Play" publication, receiving three stars in the sixth edition. It is the only course listed in Clinton County in that publication and has also received favorable reviews in Adirondack Life and Vermont magazines. The course is positioned approximately 30 minutes south of the Canadian border and near the shores of Lake Champlain, roughly an hour from Burlington, Vermont, and 45 minutes northeast of Lake Placid.

Facilities at the club include a practice range, putting green, lounge, and banquet areas. The course features a mix of par 3, 4, and 5 holes, with the longest hole being the 564-yard 5th hole from the blue tees. The shortest hole is the 91-yard 8th hole from the red tees. The handicap distribution ranges from the 1st hole at the 5th handicap to the 18th hole at the 6th handicap on the red tees, providing a balanced test across the front and back nines.
