Golf Aconcagua is a nine-hole par-3 golf course located in Chile, distinguished as the country's only public par-3 facility. The layout consists entirely of par-3 holes, offering a total par of 27 for the round. The course is designed to challenge players through the strategic placement of water hazards, with the fairways and greens surrounded by lagoons that increase the difficulty and demand precision from golfers. To accommodate different skill levels and provide variety, the course features two sets of tees for each hole, marked by white flags for the first round and red flags for the second. This setup allows players to adjust the distance and difficulty of the holes, making the course suitable for both beginners refining their short game and experienced players seeking a technical challenge. The design focuses on accuracy and short-game proficiency, requiring players to navigate around the water features to reach the greens. The facility includes a driving range with separate zones for long shots and a putting green, allowing for comprehensive practice. A clubhouse with a cafeteria provides a space for players to relax before, during, and after their rounds, offering beverages and sandwiches. The course hosts an annual league competition, which concluded in 2024 with Francisco Pizarro named the champion, and also runs junior golf schools for children aged four to sixteen.
