2019 Course

The 2019 Course is a 6-hole development facility located at Dunnikier Golf Club on the outskirts of Kirkcaldy, Fife. It was created as a joint initiative between Fife Council, Scottish Golf, and Dunnikier Golf Club, with support from Fife Golf Trust greenkeepers. Designed as a dual-purpose facility, the course functions both as a community development course for beginners—adults and juniors—and as a practice area. The layout provides an accessible introduction to golf for those new to the sport or seeking a shorter game. The course operates in a parkland setting characteristic of the broader Dunnikier facility, featuring gentle undulations suitable for golfers of all abilities. Green fee donations (minimum £2 for adults, £1 for children) are reinvested into course maintenance and development, while members and season ticket holders play free of charge. The facility is managed by the Dunnikier Golf Professional shop.
