The Open Men's BB Medal takes place at Abergele Golf Club on Thursday 27 August 2026. This is a 2-person team (betterball) competition for gents, open to visitors with a visitor entry fee of £25.00 (members pay £12.00). Tee times are available from 09:00 to 14:00, with teams booking together. The general club handicap requirement applies: men must hold a handicap of 28 or less. All players may enter with an inactive handicap certificate but prize winners require an active handicap certificate. Entry is made via the online booking system, with the full entry fee deducted from the entrant's credit/debit card at the time of booking. Refunds are only granted if notice is given more than one month from the date of competition. The course is closed for bad weather, in which case a full refund of the green fee is provided.
