The course features small, precisely formed greens that demand strategy and precision play. With six excellent par-3s throughout the layout, strong iron play is essential for success. While not championship length, the course presents a genuine challenge to golfers of all abilities, combining attractive fairways with strategic hole design. The distinctive octagonal clubhouse, situated a short walk from Banchory's town centre, serves as a welcoming social hub featuring panoramic windows and a glass-fronted balcony overlooking the 16th green.
