Starting times will be announced on May 1, 2025, no later than 12:00.
Rules:
Play according to the international rules of golf established by R&A Rules Ltd, local rules of Otepää Golf Course, player conduct guidelines, and this competition manual. The competition committee has the right to make changes to this manual.
The competition will be in the format of Scramble Handicap Stroke Play. Both team members make a tee shot, after which the best ball is chosen. The player whose ball was chosen plays first from the selected position, followed by the second team member. From the new position, both players again make a shot following the same principle, and then the best ball is chosen again. This process is repeated until the ball is in the hole. Each team member must contribute at least 6 tee shots.
In the event of a tie, the team with the lower combined Handicap wins. If the result is still tied, the ranking will be determined by drawing lots.
Players are allowed to use MotoCaddies and golf carts. Priority for golf cart booking is given to players with a valid medical certificate, veterans, and seniors. The validity of the medical certificate is decided by the competition committee. Players mentioned above have priority for booking golf carts until April 23, 2025. After this date, the Caddiemaster has the right to rent out unreserved golf carts on a first-come, first-served basis. Active amateur players with a valid Handicap participate in the competition standings. Professionals and players with inactive Handicaps can participate outside of the competition standings.
Entry Fee:
The entry fee includes light catering, sauna beer or cider (soft drinks for juniors), a coffee table in the morning before the competition, use of a golf cart, practice ball token, and prize table. For players without playing rights, the entry fee includes the competition green fee.
