The Rutherford Bowl is a gents four ball betterball open competition held at Penrith Golf Club (Salkeld Road, Penrith, Cumbria, CA11 8SG) on 30 August 2026. Teams consist of 2 players. The visitor entry fee is £25.00 per player; member rates are available on login. Players must hold a handicap of 28 or less. Entry can be cancelled without charge if done more than one week in advance; cancellations less than one week before the date incur a 50% charge, and cancellations less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. For open competitions, the entry fee is forfeited if cancelled less than one month before the date of play. Players should report to the Pro's shop before beginning their round.
