The Q Cup is an open individual Stableford competition for gents and ladies, held at Penrith Golf Club (Salkeld Road, Penrith, Cumbria, CA11 8SG) on 29 August 2026. Tee times run from 07:00. Entry is available online at £25.00 per person. Players must hold a handicap of 28 or under (men) or 36 or under (ladies); those without a handicap must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Soft spikes are preferred on the course. Smart casual attire is required in the clubhouse and on the course. Cancellations made less than one month before the event date will forfeit the entry fee.
